*NO ELECTION HELD IN OSHODI-ISOLO FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY II*

There was no election held at Oshodi-Isolo Federal Constituency II today as no INEC or Electoral officer was present at any venue anywhere.

Though there was a failed stage-managed, shambolic exercise put together by jokers in a comical way to excite themselves and their ignorant followers, who could not tell their left from the right.

There is a clear and valid proof for this failed, stage-managed and shambolic exercise as there was presence of most of the legitimate members of the constituency who resisted the dubious miscreants.

Unfortunately, the Ad-hoc delegates who are not members of our great party fraudulently cooked up were to be used in the failed exercise, and they met the resistance of the great people of the Constituency, who never allowed them to have their way.

The LGA Chairman *Gboyega Adegbesan*, who was very much aware that there was a clear directive from the State Chairman, *Phillip Aivoji*, that no election should take place across the state because of the ongoing crisis, mismatch of addresses and irregularities in the entire process, still went ahead to connive with some unknown people who could not produce any letter issued to them by the INEC, State Working Committee nor National Working Committee of the PDP for the exercise.

Non of those who claimed to be at the venue to officiate the shambolic charade could produce election materials such as ballot paper, result sheets, or any valid documents to proof that they were deployed for the exercise by the authorities of PDP.

Maybe these elements feel that everyone in the Constituency are nonentities like them, who can just be bamboozled with all sort of jargons without a challenge.

It is fake news if you see any of them jubilating that any electoral exercise took place anywhere as nothing ever took place, both for the State or National Assembly.

*Nothing took place at Oshodi-Isolo State or Federal Constituency II today*, and all members should wait for the next directives from either the State or National Working Committee of our great party PDP.

It is also worthy to note that the _sakamanjes_ claiming to be Ad-hoc delegates are outrageously corrupt people planted to disrupt the peace of our party, as non of them could be found on the register of our party in accordance with the dictate of our party constitution on membership or ability to vote, which will be basis to test their legality on the strength of instrumentality of court of law.

This is what the constitution says on New Membership:

    *- ADMISSION INTO MEMBERSHIP -*

8.(1) Membership of the Party shall be open to all Nigerians who are not below the age of 18 years, and who undertake to abide by the constitution of the party.

    (2) A register of members shall be kept at the Ward level of the party and the register shall not be removed from the ward secretariat.

    (3) The membership register maintained at the ward shall be authenticated by being signed by the ward chairman and the ward secretary.

    (4) A prospective member shall.
    (a) Register at his or her Ward of origin or where he or she ordinarily resides or carries on business; and

    (b) Pay the prescribed registration and other fees before admission into the party.

    (5) Application for membership shall be considered by the Ward Executive Committee, which shall have power to accept or reject any application. Provided that any rejection shall be subject to review by the next higher organ of the party.

    (6) A membership card shall be issued to a registered member of the party, which shall bear the photograph of the member.

To be able to vote or be voted for in PDP, such a member must have been in the party for at least one year, and majority of them joined PDP in less than one year and non of them could provide any waiver granted by the party.

As you can see for yourself based on the above provisions of PDP constitution, these people claiming to be delegates are not members of PDP, if they claim to be members, they should provide us with details of their ward registration.
